• For design projects: Revisions can be requested during the agreed revision period. Once final files are delivered, refunds are not applicable.
• For printing services: If there is a printing error caused by us (e.g., incorrect design, poor-quality print), we will reprint the order at no additional cost. However, issues caused by incorrect files provided by the customer are not eligible for a reprint or refund.
• For digital marketing campaigns: Refunds are not applicable once the campaign has commenced, but we are happy to discuss and adjust the strategy to meet your expectations.
